School Day

Strive at a Glance

Important times every family should know.

Arrival
7:00–9:00 AM

Students may arrive during this window. Required instruction begins at 9:00 AM.

Required School Day
9:00 AM–4:30 PM

Students are expected to attend every required school day for the full instructional day.

Pickup
4:30–7:00 PM

Families may pick up students after the required school day during the regular pickup window.

Family Essentials

Quick reminders about attendance, dismissal, transportation, and optional programming.

Arrival & Dismissal

Regular arrival is between 7:00 and 9:00 AM. Regular pickup begins after the required school day.

  • Only authorized adults may pick up students.
  • Keep pickup and emergency contact information current.
  • Arrange early dismissal through the Main Office.

Attendance

Consistent attendance and punctuality help students get the most from each school day.

  • Notify the Main Office when your child will be absent.
  • Contact the school if your child will arrive late.
  • Check ParentSquare for schedule updates.

Transportation

Bus service is available to assigned and eligible students. Route information is communicated directly to families.

  • Use Here Comes the Bus for transportation tracking.
  • Contact the Main Office with route questions.
  • Wait for written confirmation before relying on a route.

Optional Programming

Strive offers additional programming outside the required instructional day.

  • Opportunities may include enrichment, activities, and additional support.
  • Check ParentSquare for current programming information.
  • Weekend participation should be requested in advance.
